Very friendly, professional, and commutative! He came in and got straight to work, replacing my bathroom mirror which was glued to the wall and faucet which had the pedestal sink caulked to the wall! He removed everything so fast with no damage! I then had him replace the light fixture and add dimmer switches to a couple outlets! Needless to say he's a jack of all trades and completed all my tasks effortlessly!

Joel and Cary are great! I had a horribly "mounted" undermount sink that was starting to move and droop in my new condo's kitchen, and I can't be more pleased with On the Level. Great service, communication, and quality. Cary was incredibly helpful in properly reinstall and supporting the sink in a quartz countertop, as well as explaining the process before and during (and finding and solving a drain problem in the middle of it all to boot!). After the repair, though it ran quite long and put it very late in the evening, Cary was still patient and happy to answer questions I had about other repairs I'd like to do down the line both with On the Level and on my own. Bonus, he recognized I am a handy person and answered questions on how I might approach some of the smaller issues I wanted to tackle DIY rather than overselling it like there was no way I could. Joel was also fabulous in communication and scheduling of the appointment, and referred me to Cary when the job moved more into his realm of expertise. I am so happy to have found professional, helpful, and quality contractors for future work around my condo! Thanks Cary and Joel!
